We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may:

  • Perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Content you submit to the Service

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • At our discretion for any reason

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Swiss Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer resident in Switzerland or the European Union, you have additional rights under consumer protection laws:

12.1 Right of Withdrawal

  • Bring proceedings in the Swiss courts
  • Use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available to consumers

You retain all rights available to you under applicable consumer protection legislation. No provision in these Terms shall limit or exclude your mandatory consumer rights.

13.5 Class Action Waiver

Business Users: You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Consumers: This waiver does not apply if prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
